Irish transport technology company Tranzaura Group has acquired UK fleet software provider Truckfile, expanding its footprint in the UK fleet market. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
This acquisition allows Tranzaura to enhance its fleet management capabilities, with technology designed to handle 400,000 fleet assets daily, incorporating multi-layered security.

Truckfile, a trusted name in fleet management for two decades, brings a road-tested product widely adopted across the UK.
