The redevelopment, covering 143 acres, encompasses three key sectors of Motilal Nagar and promises comprehensive urban renewal, including the rehabilitation of over 3,300 residential units, 328 commercial properties, and around 1,600 slum dwellings. Adani’s bid notably exceeded competitor Larsen & Toubro Ltd by proposing a larger built-up area, strategically meeting the stringent requirements set by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).
