Radisson Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Nikhil Sharma as Managing Director and Area Senior Vice President (ASVP) for South Asia, effective April 1, 2024. In his new role, Sharma will oversee operations for more than 165 hotels across the region, focusing on strengthening Radisson’s market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. His leadership is expected to further elevate the group’s standing in India’s fast-growing hospitality sector.
Sharma brings extensive experience to Radisson, having previously served as Market Managing Director for Eurasia at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. His career also includes leadership positions at Ginger Hotels, a brand under the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), and a founding role at Lemon Tree Hotels, where he contributed significantly to the expansion of India’s midscale and upscale hotel segments. His deep industry expertise and strategic vision make him well-suited to guide Radisson’s growth in South Asia.
